Bio
Orsolya graduated from Eötvös University as a Physicist in 2014. She defended her PhD theses on various aspects of personalized medicine in 2020. During her research, she mainly focused on analysing next-generation DNA sequencing data and developped an algorithm and software to reliably detect genomic mutations in isogenic samples. Currently she is working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Physics of Complex Systems. Her main focus is bioinformatics and medical statistics.
